{A Sweet Reveal}

I had the pleasure of taking pregnancy reveal pictures for one of my dearest friends a few weekends ago. Jill and her husband Dan are expecting their sweet baby in July.  I first met Jill a little over a year ago and the moment I tasted one of her delicious cupcakes, I knew we would be instant friends! :)

Not only does Jill  make the most delicious cupcakes, but she is an amazing friend and co-worker. It has been fun to share in her excitement and pregnancy journey not only in our personal lives, but at work as well.

I am so grateful for her friendship and I know she and Dan are going to be awesome parents! I can't wait to meet Baby N in July!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking maternity pictures for my sweet friend Kimvy. I have the pleasure of working with Kimvy and she is always so fun and encouraging. I just love her personality! 

Kimvy and her husband JanRay are expecting their first baby at the end of March, and you can tell that sweet baby Charlotte is already dearly loved. They are going to be such wonderful, caring parents. I hope you enjoy taking a sneak peek of their maternity pictures...

And I have never made an appearance on this blog before, but Kimvy had a great idea to take a girl picture with us and baby Charlotte. How sweet is she? I love that she suggested doing that..I will definitely treasure this picture!

Today's photo session was very short and sweet thanks to the "freezing" cold temperatures.  I feel bad complaining, but 44 degrees is pretty cold for this Florida girl! :)

Kyle, Amanda, and brothers Lance and Bryce wanted to squeeze in a family photo shoot before Kyle leaves town for work tomorrow. The family is expecting sweet sister Arielle late next month and I can already tell that Lance and Bryce are going to be such good older brothers.

Happy New Year everyone! With this being the first post of 2014, I spent a lot of time thinking about last year. Wow, I feel so blessed! I have always had a love for photography, but I never would have imagined that this little hobby would bring me so much joy. I am thankful to have photographed such special moments for some of my best friends and family, thankful to have met some really awesome new people, and even more thankful to use the talents that the Lord has so graciously provided. I am very excited to see what 2014 has in store. I hope you enjoy the first blog post of the new year...meet Alex and Brittany!


My brother Alex and his girlfriend Brittany first met this past summer in Puerto Rico on a Campus Outreach summer project. They had a chance to really get to know each other during the summer abroad and started dating in July.

This photo shoot was the first time that I had ever met Brittany and let me tell you...it does not get much sweeter than her! She has a heart of gold and I am so incredibly happy that she is now in our lives. I can't wait to see how God uses their relationship to bring glory to Him as they keep walking with Jesus and putting Him first in their relationship. I love you Al and Britt!
